ApplicationFormRelation

Represents the relationship between an application and the context in which it’s held. For example, a application form related to recruitment requisition. This object is available in API version 62.0 and later.

Where possible, we changed noninclusive terms to align with our company value of Equality. We maintained certain terms to avoid any effect on customer implementations.

ApplicationFormId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The ID of application form associated with the application form relation. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name ApplicationForm Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To ApplicationForm (the master object)
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
Name	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description The name of the application form relation.
ReferenceRecordId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The ID of the reference record associated with the application form relation. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship Name ReferenceRecord Refers To JobPosition, RecruitmentRequisition
