EmployeeDevelopmentSum

Represents statistics about training and development provided to upskill the employees. This object is available in API version 57.0 and later.

Our platform provides you with the option to track data that you deem appropriate. We don't mandate or require you to enter any specific data. The decision to enter and track information, as well as the nature and extent of that data, rests solely with you.

BusinessFunction	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the business function of the employee. Possible values are: `Administrative` `Production` `Technical`
Description	Type textarea Properties Create, Nillable, Update Description The description of the employee development statistics.
DisclsReportingPeriodId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The reporting period for which the employee development statistics are generated. EmployeeCount	Type double Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The total number of employees who attended the program based on the gender and employee category.
EmployeePercentage	Type percent Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The percentage of employees who attended the program based on the gender and employee type.
EmployeeType	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the type of employees who attended the employee development program. Possible values are: `Contractor` `Full-Time` `Part-Time` `Non-Employee or Self-Employed` `Provided By Undertakings`
Gender	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the gender of employees who attended the employee development program. Possible values are: `Female` `Male` `Non-Binary` `Not Disclosed` `Other`
IsBusinessFunctionAtRisk	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether business functions are at risk of corruption and bribery based on the company's tasks and responsibilities. The default value is `false`.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, this record might only have been referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
ManagementLevel	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the management level of the employee. Possible values are: `Middle Management` `Senior Management`
Name	Type string Properties Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort Description Name of the record.
