SensitiveDataRuleElmntGrp

Stores Named Entity Recognition (NER)-based sensitive-data rules at the organization level to redact PII/PCI from voice and messaging transcripts. This object is available in API version 68.0 and later.

Each record defines the redaction action, mask character, participant roles, channel, and an optional default confidence threshold. These rules run in parallel with regex-based LiveChatSensitiveDataRule and merges all detected spans before applying redaction.

Fields

Field	Details
ChannelName	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Channel to which the rule group applies. Possible values are: `MESSAGING_SESSION` `VOICE`
Description	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Summary of what this rule redacts and its intended purpose. Admins can view the description while managing or reviewing rules.
DeveloperName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Unique API name of the object.
