Build Eligibility and Benefit Verification (EBV) Request Action

Builds the request payload to initiate the eligibility and benefits verification process.

csrId	Type ID Description Required The clinical service request record ID for this eligibility and benefits verification run.
memberPlanId	Type ID Description Required The member plan ID for the eligibility request.
requestType	Type String Description Indicates which payload to build.
