Configure Who Can Access the Canvas App

To configure access for specific users, update the policies and profiles for the corresponding external client app or connected app.

Before you configure access for the canvas app, make sure you created the external client app. In Winter ’26 and earlier, you created a connected app for your canvas integrations.
