Post-Deployment Steps

Most deployments require that you take some actions after the deployment to the target org is complete to ensure proper functionality and data integrity.

Here are some examples of common post-deployment tasks.

  • Refresh decision tables
  • Sync pricing data
  • Rebuild the product index
  • Manually create elements that couldn’t be deployed through the API
  • Create or activate user accounts for testing and validation
