Walkthrough of the Sample App for Loyalty Management Mobile SDK

Adam can enroll as a loyalty program member and can experience Loyalty Management on the mobile device. Let’s look at how Adam uses the sample app for Loyalty Management Mobile SDK.

Join as loyalty program Opens the sample app on a mobile device and signs up as a member of the NTO Rewards loyalty program.

Adam uses their Experience Cloud site email address to enroll in the NTO Insider program.

Review the membership details on the home page Checks their current points balance, available promotions, vouchers, and badges.
Opt in for promotions Reviews the list of promotions that are available to join and joins the Gold Tier Rejuvenation promotion.

As a promotion enrollment bonus, 500 reward points are credited to Adam's points balance.

Add items to a cart and place an order

You can extend the checkout workflow based on your mobile app's requirements.

Adds a red jacket to the cart, proceeds to the checkout page, enters the payment details, and places the order.
Track order rewards Views the transactions list on the home page to verify the points that have been credited for the placed order.
View vouchers received for orders Views the list of vouchers to verify that the Holiday Season voucher has been issued as a reward for the placed order.
Scan receipts for third-party store purchases Uses the QR code scanner that's available on the My Profile tab to scan the receipt of a purchase made at a third-party store.
View and play assigned games Goes to the Game Zone tab, opens an assigned game, and plays the game.

After Adam plays the game, a game reward of 100 reward points is provided to Adam.
