Collect AgentExchange Leads
You can configure your AgentExchange listings to collect leads and deliver them to your
Salesforce org. Specific customer interactions, such as watching your listing’s demo video,
can trigger lead collection.
-
AgentExchange Leads
When you turn on lead collection for your AgentExchange listing and a customer interacts with the listing, AgentExchange records a lead. If you enabled Web-to-Lead in your Salesforce org, AgentExchange delivers the lead to that org. Some Web-to-Lead settings prevent leads from being delivered to your org. -
AgentExchange Leads and License Activities
When you turn on lead collection for your AgentExchange listing and a customer interacts with your listing, AgentExchange records a lead. License records generate when a customer installs your solution. -
AgentExchange Lead Sources
AgentExchange leads include details to help you understand the source—that is, where and how the lead originated. The lead source code identifies the action that the customer performed to generate the lead, such as watching a demo video. The lead source description provides information about how the customer discovered your listing, such as a third-party marketing campaign. -
Enable AgentExchange Lead Collection
Collect leads when customers interact with your AgentExchange listings. -
Troubleshoot AgentExchange Leads
You enabled lead collection for your AgentExchange listing. However, the lead count in your org is different than you expect. Learn how lead routing rules, reCAPTCHA verification, and other settings determine what leads AgentExchange sends to your Salesforce org.
