No. The Journey to Salesforce program is best suited for individuals with some knowledge of software development, but who are new to the Salesforce ecosystem. However, the program is open to those from all backgrounds.

How do I register?

Registration is quick and easy! Simply follow the three-step process to join the Journey to Salesforce program.

I’ve registered, but I have not received my Welcome email. What should I do?

To verify that you have officially registered for Journey to Salesforce, check your inbox and spam folder for a confirmation email. If you have not received your Welcome email within 24 hours of registering, please log a ticket with Trailhead Help.

What do I do after registering?

After registering for the Journey to Salesforce program, you'll gain access to our comprehensive learning content and community channels, so you can begin your learning journey.

Where do I access the program content?

Journey to Salesforce includes educational chapters (called "trailmixes") located on Trailhead, Salesforce’s free learning platform. Each Journey to Salesforce trailmix includes a curated selection of learning modules, hands-on material, videos, podcasts, and external links to relevant resources.

How do I complete the program?

You must finish all five Journey to Salesforce trailmixes in order to officially complete the program. Once you’ve finished each trailmix, the Trailhead platform will mark it as "complete."

How long does it take to complete?

The duration of the Journey to Salesforce program depends on your pace and commitment. Core program content takes an estimated 36 to 54 hours to complete. You can learn at your own speed and revisit materials as needed, giving you flexibility in completing the program.
