Alternate download for users without access to Google Play
For users without access to Google Play, the app can be downloaded by following the instructions below (details may vary from device to device):
Operating system and version requirements: Please refer to the Salesforce Mobile App help article for the minimum operating system requirements.
- Download the Salesforce App.
- When the download completes, click on it from the notification center or go to the "Downloads" app and click on "Salesforce.apk"
- If you receive an error message that you’re not allowed to install apps from unknown sources, click “Settings” and check the box to allow app installs from "Unknown sources".
- Follow instructions on screen to install the app.
