Workshop Overview

In this workshop, you’ll work on the Coral Cloud Resorts application. Coral Cloud Resorts is a fictional resort that uses data and artificial intelligence to deliver highly personalized experiences to their guests at their beachfront locations.

• In Workshop 1, you'll use Data Cloud to unify, harmonize, and activate data from different data sources, including Salesforce CRM and Amazon S3.
• In Workshop 2, you'll use Prompt Builder to bring generative AI into Coral Cloud Resorts' business workflows. You'll build different types of prompt templates grounded in Coral Cloud Resorts' customer data.
• In Workshop 3, you'll impliment Agentforce for your internal Salesforce users and build custom actions to extend your Agent.
• In Workshop 4, you'll deploy an Agenforce Service Agent to an Experience Cloud site.
• In Workshop 5, you'll use Retrieval Augmented Generation to ground prompts with unstructured data.
• In Workshop 6, you'll create a new App in MuleSoft and expose it via External Services to Agentforce.
• In Workshop 7, you'll create advanced prompt templates, and execute them from Apex and REST APIs.
