Equality is a core value at Salesforce. Join us to learn about and celebrate #EqualityForAll across the Dreamforce 2017 campus. Here are 3 things to put on your Dreamforce 2017 “must attend” list.

1. Equality Summit

3. Ohana Group Events

Our Employee resource groups — or Ohana Groups as we call them — are employee-led organizations centered around common life experiences or backgrounds that work to drive equality in our workplace and communities.

Ohana groups at Dreamforce 2017 will bring together their greater communities, their allies, and equality trailblazers to celebrate their unique cultures and give back to create change. Learn about and register for the Ohana Group fundraising parties (Salesforce Women’s Network Event, Outfierce, Latinoforce Fiesta, BOLDforce DreaMix) here.

We’ve Come a Long Way

Women in Tech at DF13 Four years ago at Dreamforce 2013 in the Women in Tech Salon

There are still many miles to go to reach the Age of Equality, but it’s incredible how far we’ve come since a half-day of Women in Tech sessions in a tiny alcove in 2013. I hope to see you in San Francisco for all the fun! Dreamforce 2017 Full Conference passes are sold out. You can still register now for a Free Expo Pass, which will give you access to the Equality Keynote, Product Keynotes, and the Trailhead Zone on November 8-9, 2017. If you can’t make it to Dreamforce in person, I hope you join us via the live stream!

As always, you can start your equality learning journey today with Trailhead and the Cultivate Equality at Work trail. Earn those badges and then let me know what you think on Twitter @rockchick322004.
