Check a User's Mobile Push Registrations

From a User page in your organization, an administrator can easily check which of the user’s devices are currently registered for push notifications. Checking the registrations may help you troubleshoot push notification failures.
  1. In Setup click Manage Users | Users.
  2. Select a user’s name from the Full Name column.
  3. Under User Detail, click View next to Mobile Push Registrations.

If a device you expected doesn’t appear in the list, it doesn’t necessarily mean that the device isn’t properly configured. Mobile push registrations are volatile and depend on the device state as well as the mobile app state.
