jTry It Out: Add a Lightning Page to the Salesforce1 Navigation Menu
The first item you put in the menu becomes your users’ Salesforce1 landing page. The Acme Wireless delivery drivers don’t need to see the Deliveries app as their landing page every time they open Salesforce1, but they do need access to it. Let’s put it in the Apps section of the menu.
- From Setup, enter Navigation in the Quick Find box, then select Salesforce1 Navigation
- In the list of available items, select our Lightning Page tab, My Deliveries, and click Add.

Using the Up and Down arrows, position My Deliveries just below the Smart Search Items
menu item.This will make the Deliveries app the first item in the Apps section of the menu.
- Click Save.
It’s done! Let’s go test it out in Salesforce1.
