ForecastingShare

Represents forecasts shared between a forecast manager in the role-based hierarchy and a user. Available in API version 44.0 and later.

This information applies to Collaborative Forecasts and not to Customizable Forecasting.

Special Access Rules

All users can access this object, so they can see who has shared forecasts with them. Forecast managers in the role-based hierarchy can share their forecasts with any Salesforce user at their company. Users with the View All Forecasts permission can see all shared forecasts. Users with Modify All Data can create, read, update, and delete all shared forecasts.

AccessLevel	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort Description Whether the user you’re sharing your forecasts with can view and adjust the forecasts or view only. This field is new since the pilot. Picklist values: ViewAndEdit ViewOnly
SharedForecastManagerRoleId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The ID of either of the following: The role of the manager whose forecasts you want to share. The territory whose forecasts you want to share.
UserOrGroupId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The ID of the user with whom the forecast is shared.

Usage

Use this object to let any stakeholder at your company view and adjust forecast managers’ forecasts. Sharing isn’t available for territory forecasts.
