Convert a Free Listing to Use AppExchange Checkout

If the solution associated with your free AppExchange listing passed security review, you can convert the listing to accept payments using Checkout. A security review fee is collected when you charge for your solution. The fee is waived for free listings.

User Permissions Needed
To manage an AppExchange listing: Manage Listings
  1. Log in to the Salesforce Partner Community.
  2. Enable Checkout for the listing.
    1. Click Publishing.
    2. Click Listings.
    3. Find the listing you want to update, and then click the tile.
    4. On the Pricing tab, select Paid, using Checkout and configure the pricing details.
    5. Click Save.
  3. To pay the security review fee, log a support case.
    1. Click the question icon AppExchange Support question mark and then click Log a Case for Help.
    2. Select Salesforce Partner Program Support.

      If you don’t see the Salesforce Partner Program Support tile, use the org picker to select the org that’s associated with your Salesforce partnership account.

      Tip

    3. For product, enter and select Partner Community & AppExchange.
    4. For topic, enter and select Security Review.
    5. Provide any other required details, and then click Create Case.
Salesforce contacts you to arrange for payment of the security review fee.
