List Your Consulting Services on AgentExchange

When you create a consultant listing on AgentExchange, you’re creating your firm’s public profile. This is where customers evaluate your track record, including competencies, achievements, certifications, and reviews.

This topic walks you through the listing creation process specific to Consulting Partners. If you provide implementation, advisory, training, or managed services, start here.

Before You Begin

To create a consultant listing, you need:

  • A Salesforce Partner Community account
  • Access to the AgentExchange Partner Console

While a Partner Community account and lead collection can be configured using any Salesforce org, we recommend using a Partner Business Org (PBO). Unlike trial or standard orgs, a PBO doesn’t expire, so you don’t lose access to your listing management or lead data. It’s also useful to have a dedicated org to track all partner activity.

If you haven’t joined the Partner program yet, see Get Ready to Distribute on AgentExchange.

Understand How Consultant Listings Differ from Solution Listings

Consultant listings work differently from package-based solution listings in a few important ways.

  • No security review required. Your listing doesn’t include a managed package, so there’s no code to review.
  • No approval process. You can publish your listing immediately. No one reviews it before it goes live.
  • One call-to-action (CTA) button. Customers see a single Learn More button, not Get It Now or Try It.
  • Competencies tab. Your listing displays verified competencies, certifications, and CSAT scores pulled from your Partner program activity.
