Voice Resiliency

The Voice Resiliency service allows customers to continue using basic voice features such as inbound calling, outbound calling, transfers, and callbacks when the voice call record creation fails.

A voice call record is created by Salesforce when Salesforce receives a CALL_STARTED event where the payload has callAttributes.voiceCallId as undefined.

Voice Resiliency is designed to ensure that calls can go through, but certain Voice features don’t work when Voice Resiliency is in effect.
