Convert a Free AppExchange Listing to Paid
If the solution associated with your free AppExchange listing passed security review,
you can convert the listing to accept payments using Checkout. First, enable Checkout in the
Salesforce Partner Console. Then pay a security review fee, if necessary.

- Log in to the Salesforce Partner Community.

Enable Checkout for the listing.
- Click Publishing to go to the Salesforce Partner Console.
- Click Listings.
- Find the listing that you want to update, and then click the tile.
- Click .
- Select Paid.
- Select AppExchange Checkout.
- Select when to collect payment details from the customer, before or after they install your solution.
- Select a country if one isn’t previously selected, and provide any required tax information.
- Add pricing plans.
- Select the payment methods that you accept.
- Click Next.

On the Get Approved step, submit your listing for approval.

To pay the security review fee, log a support case.
- Log in to Salesforce Help with the username that you used to register for the Salesforce Partner Community.
- Click Contact Support.
- Click Create a Case, and then fill in the required fields.
- For subject, enter Security Review Fees.
- For description, mention that you’re a Salesforce partner converting a free AppExchange listing to paid.
- When prompted to choose a product, select Partner Community & AppExchange.
- For topic, select Security Review.
- Select an instance type and severity level.

Click Create Case.
Salesforce contacts you to arrange for payment of the security review fee.
