AppExchange Security Review Fees
Before you list a solution on AppExchange, we review it for security vulnerabilities and
share any findings with you. For freemium, paid, and paid add-on solutions, we charge a security
review fee to help cover the cost. The fee is waived for free solutions.
Your solution’s pricing model determines the security review fee. Here’s how we define the pricing models.
- Free: Your customer can use your solution for free.
- Freemium: Your customer can use part of your solution for free, but must pay to increase usage, users, or features within the solution.
- Paid: Your customer must purchase your solution before they can use it.
- Paid add-on required: Your customer must pay for a product or service that is external to Salesforce for this solution to work.
Free Solutions
Security review fees are waived for free solutions, regardless of the review type.
