PresentationPartyAccess

Represents the access-sharing details of a presentation with a healthcare professional, including an expiration date for that access. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

Fields

Field	Details
AccessRole	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Required. Represents the role of the party (Account) in relation to the presentation, and define their level of access and permissions. Possible values are: `Approver` `Author` `Viewer`
EffectiveEndDate	Type dateTime Properties Create, Filter, Sort, Update Description The date when access to the presentation expires.
EffectiveStartDate	Type dateTime Properties Create, Filter, Sort, Update Description The date when access to the presentation begins.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate is not null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.
Name	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description Required. Name of the presentation party access.
PartyId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Required. Identifyies the party with whom this record is shared, granting access to the presentation associated with this record. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship Name Party Refers To Account
PresentationId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description Required. Indicates the reference to the presentation. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name Presentation Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To Presentation (the master object)
SourceSystemIdentifier	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The ID of the record in the external source system for data integrations.
SourceSystemName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The name of the external source system from which the record was imported.
