ProviderAffiliation

Represents the relationship between two healthcare professionals or healthcare organizations. This object is available in API version 65.0 and later.

AccountName	Type string Properties Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort Description The name of the account.
AffiliationStrengthType	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Indicates the strength of the affiliation between the two accounts. Possible values are: `High` `Low` `Medium`
AffiliationTitle	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The title associated with the provider affiliation record.
AffiliationType	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description Indicates the nature of the affiliation between accounts. Possible values are: `Hard` `Soft`
CareSpecialtyId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The ID of the care specialty associated with the provider affiliation. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name CareSpecialty Refers To CareSpecialty
EffectiveEndDate	Type date Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The date from which the affiliation is no longer effective.
EffectiveStartDate	Type date Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The date from which the affiliation becomes effective.
InfluenceType	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description The direction of the affiliation between accounts. Possible values are: `Bidirectional` `Neutral` `Unidirectional`
IsAccountPersonAccount	Type boolean Properties Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort Description Indicates whether the account is of person account type (true) or not (false). The default value is `false`.
IsActive	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether the provider affiliation record is active (true) or not (false). The default value is `false`.
IsAutogenerated	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether the provider affiliation record is automatically generated. The default value is `false`.
IsInstitutionDoctorAffl	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether the healthcare provider and their affiliated facility are managed as a single account in specific markets. The default value is `false`.
IsPrimary	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether the affiliation is the primary affiliation between the healthcare provider and healthcare organization. The default value is `false`.
IsRelatedAccountPersonAccount	Type boolean Properties Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort Description Indicates whether the related account is of person account type (true) or not (false). The default value is `false`.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
Name	Type string Properties Autonumber, Defaulted on create, Filter, idLookup, Sort Description The name of the provider affiliation.
OwnerId	Type reference Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The ID of the user who owns this record. This field is a polymorphic relationship field. Relationship Name Owner Refers To Group, User
RelatedAccountId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The ID of the destination or to account of the provider affiliation. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name RelatedAccount Refers To Account
RelatedAccountName	Type string Properties Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort Description The name of the related account.
RelatedInverseRecordId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The inverse or reciprocal affiliation between accounts. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name RelatedInverseRecord Refers To ProviderAffiliation
Role	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description The role of the affiliation between two accounts. Possible values are: `Consulting` `Employ` The default value is `Employ`.
SourceSystemIdentifier	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The ID of the record in the external system.
SourceSystemName	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The name of the external system that generated the record.
