AcademicTermPolicyRule

Represents a junction between Academic Term and Expression Set objects where an expression set is used as a policy rule for the academic term. This object is available in API version 63.0 and later.

AcademicTermId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The parent Academic Term associated with the Policy Rule. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name AcademicTerm Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To AcademicTerm (the master object)
CurrencyIsoCode	Type picklist Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update Description The ISO code for the currency associated with the Academic Term Policy Rule. Possible values are: `GBP`—British Pound `USD`—U.S. Dollar The default value is `USD`.
Description	Type textarea Properties Create, Nillable, Update Description The description of the Academic Term Policy Rule.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record, a record related to this record, or a list view.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, the user might have only accessed this record or list view (LastReferencedDate) but not viewed it.
Name	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description Name of the Academic Term Policy Rule.
PolicyRuleId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The Expression Set that's used as the policy rule for the associated Academic Term. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name PolicyRule Refers To ExpressionSet
UsageType	Type picklist Properties Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Restricted picklist, Sort Description Specifies the usage type of the Academic Term Policy Rule. Possible values are: `Bre` `FinancialServicesCloud` `FulfillmentCondition` `GpaCalculation` `ProductCategoryQualification` `ProductQualification` `Program` `RecordAlert` `StudentInformationSystem` The default value is `Bre`.
