jEvent Management
Event Management enables life sciences organizations to plan and execute regulated field
events, including speaker programs, representative-led meetings, and healthcare professional (HCP)
sponsorship events, within a structured, compliant workflow. Sales representatives create and
manage events from initial planning through close-out, by coordinating with participants,
assigning subjects, tracking expenses, and selecting the event resources. Built on configurable
workflow paths, Event Management enforces compliance through expert eligibility checks, subject
assignment rules, monetary cap validations, and compliance statement acknowledgments.
Administrators can tailor the workflow to match their organization's unique operational
requirements.
