Use Medical Insights to gather information that can help uncover patient needs, validate
concepts, evaluate scientific data, identify challenges faced by healthcare providers, understand
geographical differences in patient care, and identify opportunities and threats. These insights
play a crucial role in informing strategies across medical, clinical, and commercial aspects to
enhance patient care. Users can capture Medical Insights from various sources such as meetings,
calls, and research. They can also tag, vote, and link similar insights to identify and review
trending insights.
Life Sciences Cloud for Customer Engagement is a pilot or beta service that is subject to the Beta Services Terms at Agreements - Salesforce.com or a written Unified Pilot Agreement if executed by Customer, and applicable terms in the Product Terms Directory. Use of this pilot or beta service is at the Customer's sole discretion.
