ExpertSubject

Represents a junction between an expert and the subject that the expert is certified to speak or present about in managed events. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

Fields

Field	Details
EffectiveDateTime	Type dateTime Properties Create, Filter, Sort, Update Description Required. Specifies the date and time from when the expert is qualified as a subject expert.
ExpertId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort Description The ID of the expert. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name Expert Relationship Type Master-detail Refers To Expert (the master object)
ExpirationDateTime	Type dateTime Properties Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the date and time until when the expert is qualified as a subject expert.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last accessed this record indirectly, for example, through a list view or related record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp when the current user last viewed this record or list view. If this value is null, and LastReferenceDate isn’t null, the user accessed this record or list view indirectly.
Name	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Sort, Update Description The name of the expert subject.
QualificationEventPtpcId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The managed event participant that associates the expert with the managed event they participated in to qualify as an expert on the subject. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name QualificationEventPtpc Refers To MngEventParticipant
Status	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Specifies the current status of the subject expert.
SubjectId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Required. The ID of the subject that the expert has expertise on. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name Subject Refers To Subject
SourceSystem	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The name of the external system that generated the record.
SourceSystemIdentifier	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, idLookup, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The ID of the record in the external system.
