Identity Verification and Engagements in Automotive Cloud

The Identity Verification data model is used in configuring the process to verify the identity of a caller before their requests are processed by a customer service representative (CSR) in the Service Console for Automotive. The engagement data model is used to store details about an interaction between a caller and a CSR, after the identity of the caller is verified and the CSR is working in the console.
Available in: Enterprise, Unlimited, and Developer Editions.
