If you’re upgrading to Channel Order App (COA) v2 and later, assign updated page layouts
to the customer, service order, partner contract terms, and partner product catalog
objects.

Log in to the org where the COA is installed.

From Setup, enter Object Manager in the Quick Find box, then
click Object Manager.

Assign the updated page layout to the customer object.

Click Customer.

Click Page Layouts.

Click Page Layout Assignment.

Click Edit Assignment.

Select at least one profile.

From the list of available layouts, choose COA Customer
Layout.

Click Save.

Repeat these steps for service order, partner contract terms, and partner product
catalog. These objects use the following page layout names.
