Service Cloud Voice Aura Toolkit API

The Service Cloud Voice Toolkit API allows you to build Aura components that have access to Service Cloud Voice features.

In order to protect our customers’ data, Service Cloud Voice Toolkit API methods and event listeners are available only to Aura components built or installed within the org’s namespace. Custom components built within the org and components installed using unmanaged packages will function properly. Custom components installed through managed packages, such as on the AppExchange, are not able to use the Service Cloud Voice Aura Toolkit API. In order to use the Toolkit API in a managed package, refer to the Service Cloud Voice Lightning Web Component (LWC) Toolkit API.
