Configure an Additional Real-Time Data Graph for GetContext
Create an additional real-time data graph and associate it with an agent during registration. The data graph includes structured data from your data space in context retrieval when the GetContext API is called for that agent.
USER PERMISSIONS
To create an additional real-time data graph: Data Cloud Architect
Prerequisites
Before you create an additional real-time data graph, verify these requirements.
- You have the agent registration endpoint and credentials.
- Your data space matches the agent’s registration location.
- The root entity (DMO) exists in your data space.
- You have configured related entities and join paths.
-
In Data Cloud, click Data Graphs.
-
Click New Data Graph.
-
Select Real-Time Data Graph as the type.
-
Configure the data graph.
Field Description Name A descriptive developer name for this data graph (for example, OpportunityDG or CaseHistoryDG). This is the name you reference in agent registration. Root entity The DMO that serves as the starting point for graph traversal. Choose the entity most central to the data your agent needs (for example, Account, Contact, Case, or Opportunity). Data space Must match the data space of the agents that use this real-time data graph. -
Define the graph structure by adding related entities and join paths.
-
Click Save and Deploy.
The data graph enters the provisioning pipeline. Monitor status on the Data Graphs page until it reaches Ready.
