Cache Regeneration

Cache Regeneration is a mechanism to refresh the cache, both on and off the Salesforce platform. Therefore, Vlocity Product Model changes include the ability to reverberate against existing or non-existing cache response, on Salesforce Platform and AWS, as a result of executing either the Digital Commerce APIs or running the Cache jobs. This includes the ability to reflect Vlocity Product Model revisions.

The following data can be modified for released products:

• Version start date

• Version end date

• Product Name

• Description

• Version label

• Product Code

• Orderable flag

• Active flag

• Status fields
