CodeSet

Represents various industry defined codes in the context of their systems and versions of those systems. This object is available in API version 58.0 and later.

Fields

DisplayOrder

Type: int
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The order in which the code set entry appears in the user interface.

IsCountedTowardAbsence

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether the attendance outcome counts toward the absence total (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

IsCountedTowardAttendanceRate

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether the attendance outcome is included in the attendance rate calculation (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

IsCountedTowardTardy

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether the attendance outcome counts toward the tardy total (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

IsEarlyDeparture

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether the attendance outcome represents an early departure (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

IsExcusedAbsence

Type: boolean

Description: Indicates whether the absence is excused (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

IsRemote

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Indicates whether the attendance outcome is remote (true) or not (false).
Default value: false

ScopeType

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Restricted picklist, Sort, Update
Description: Specifies the institutional context that the attendance code applies to.

- K-12
