Hosted MCP Servers End-of-Life

Salesforce is committed to supporting each hosted MCP service version for a minimum of three years from the date of first release. In order to mature and improve the quality and performance of a hosted MCP server, versions that are more than three years old might cease to be supported.

Hosted MCP servers will evolve and change from release to release. Tools, prompts, and resources may be upgraded or replaced to improve the user experience and keep pace with changes to Salesforce applications.

When a hosted MCP service version is to be deprecated, advance notice is given at least one year before support ends via release notes and retirement communications.
