Exercise 5: Fix Remaining Risks (Optional)

You've manually resolved several Critical Security Settings. In this optional exercise, you'll fix the remaining risks in bulk using Health Check's Fix Risks feature.

Scenario

Health Check makes it easy to remediate multiple security issues at once. Now that you understand what each setting does, let's clear the remaining risks efficiently.

Step 1: Return to Health Check

1. From the Home Page, open Setup.

   

2. Type Health Check into the Quick Find.

3. Select Health Check.

   

4. Click Fix Risks.

   

5. Select the checkbox next to Status to select all remaining settings, then click Change Settings.

   

6. Click Yes, Change Settings.

   

Summary

You used Health Check's Fix Risks feature to apply recommended security settings in bulk, quickly remediating the remainder of security risks at once. Your Security Score and Status in comparison to your Custom Baseline are now in excellent shape.

Keep in mind that Health Check can fix many risks on your behalf, but it's important for admins to understand what each setting enforces and how it will impact users.
