Guided Workshop Setup ​

Sign up for a Salesforce org ​

  1. Follow your instructor’s instructions to get a Salesforce org provisioned for this workshop.

  2. Save your user name and password.

  3. In your browser, go to login.salesforce.com and log in to your org.

Enable generative AI features ​

Step 1: Enable Agentforce ​

  1. Refresh your browser tab.

  2. Navigate to Salesforce Setup, Click on the Setup Menu and open Setup.

  3. In Setup Quick Find, search for Agentforce and open Agentforce Agents (under Agent Studio).

  4. Turn on the Agentforce toggle.
