Creating a Process That Assigns Tasks

As we create our process, we’ll first want to define criteria that checks whether the Status field of a job application record is set to Rejected. Then we’ll create an associated action that assigns a “Send Rejection Letter” task to the relevant recruiter. We’ll then define a second criteria node that checks whether the job application Status field is set to “Extend and Offer.” The associated action for this criteria node creates an “Extend Offer” task assigned to the relevant recruiter.
