Request a Follow-Up Security Review for External Code or an API-Only Solution
To fix security issues discovered in a previous review, you changed only the code
that runs externally to Salesforce or you changed an API-only solution. To request a
follow-up review, first log a case on Salesforce Help to receive edit access to your
existing security review submission. After you receive edit access, update the submission in
the Salesforce Partner Console.

- Log in to Salesforce Help with the username that you used to register for the Salesforce Partner Community.
- Click the account switcher and verify that your partner account is selected.
- Click Contact Support.

Click Create a Case.
- For Subject, enter Follow Up Security Review For External Code or API Only: and then append the name of your solution.
- For description, mention that you’re a Salesforce partner and you’re requesting a follow-up review for external code or an API-only solution.
- When prompted to select a product, click Pick a different product / topic.
- For Product, select Partner Community & AppExchange.
- For Topic, select Security Review.
- For Org ID, enter the ID of a test environment that includes your solution or integration.
- Select an instance type and severity level.

Click Create Case.
We review your request and notify you after you’re assigned edit access to your existing security review submission.
- Log in to the Salesforce Partner Community.
- Click .
- Click the name of your solution.
- Click Edit Review.
- Update your submission, pay the review fee, and resubmit your request.
