AgentExchange Leads and License Activities

When you turn on lead collection for your AgentExchange listing and a customer interacts with your listing, AgentExchange records a lead. License records generate when a customer installs your solution.

AgentExchange captures leads when a customer interacts with your listing:

  • Installs your solution
  • Takes a test drive
  • Watches a demo or video
  • Signs up for a free trial
  • Requests a private offer
