Your Customers and the Go-To-Market App

The Go-To-Market (GTM) app is designed for partners, but your customers interact with it in order to respond to private offers. After you set up the GTM app and turn on Private Offers, your customers can request offers directly from your AgentExchange listings.

For customers to view and accept private offers, they must opt-in to receive and manage offers from the Your Account page. For more information, see Receive Private Offers from AgentExchange Partners

To streamline private offers, you can allow customers to request them directly from your AgentExchange listings. To turn on the Request Private Offers button:

  1. Go to the Partner Console.
  2. On the Listings tab, select a listing.
  3. Go to the Lead-Generating Activities section and select Request a private offer.
  4. The Request Private Offer button appears on your listing detail page. When a customer selects that option, a private offer lead appears in your PBO.
