Position

Represents a functional role that is characterized by specific duties and responsibilities, and required skills and qualifications. This object is available in API version 64.0 and later.

Supported Calls

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), search(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

Special Access Rules

This object is available only if the VolunteerManagementPsl permission set license is enabled and the Manage Volunteer Data permission is assigned to users.

Fields

IsInternalApprovalRequired

Type: boolean
Properties: Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update
Description: Determines whether sign-up for the position requires internal approval.
Default value: false

Status

Type: picklist
Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
Description: The status of the position.
Possible values:
- Canceled
- Complete
- In Progress
- Upcoming
