DonorGiftSummary

Represents gift summaries for accounts and contacts. This object is available in API version 64.0 and later.

Supported Calls

create(), delete(), describeLayout(), describeSObjects(), getDeleted(), getUpdated(), query(), retrieve(), undelete(), update(), upsert()

Special Access Rules

This object is available only if the VolunteerManagementPsl permission set license is enabled and the Manage Volunteer Data permission is assigned to users.

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date of the contact's first volunteer shift. Data Processing Engine finds the first job position assignment that's related to a volunteer initiative and calculates the value. You can schedule this calculation to run regularly.

LastVolunJobPstnAsgntDate

  • Type: date
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The date of the contact's last volunteer shift. Data Processing Engine calculates this value by finding the most recent job position assignment that is related to a volunteer initiative. You can schedule this calculation to run on a regular basis.

TotalVolunJobPstnAsgnCnt

  • Type: int
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The number of times a contact has volunteered, which is the number of job position assignments related to volunteer initiatives. The Data Processing Engine adds the assignments and calculates the value. You can schedule this calculation to run regularly.

TotalVolunteerHours

  • Type: double
  • Properties: Create, Filter, Nillable, Sort, Update
  • Description: The total hours a contact volunteered. The Data Processing Engine adds the hours from job position assignments related to volunteer initiatives and calculates the value. You can schedule this calculation to run regularly.
