View AgentExchange Checkout Receipts

If a customer requests a receipt for a previous Checkout payment, you can share self-service steps for viewing payment history on AgentExchange.

User Permissions Needed 
To manage AgentExchange subscriptions:Manage Billing

  1. Log in to AgentExchange.

  2. From the user profile menu, click My Installs & Subscriptions.

  3. Find the subscription whose payment history you want to view.

  4. From the dropdown list, select Manage Subscription.

  5. Go to Payment History, and then click an invoice to view details about the purchase.
