Log Into Control Center

To use Control Center, log in with your Account Manager credentials. To log in successfully, your System admin must assign the appropriate roles to your account.

Some Account Manager roles require multi-factor authentication (MFA). To authenticate, ensure you have a mobile device with the Salesforce Authenticator app installed.

1. In a web browser, go to https://controlcenter.commercecloud.salesforce.com/.
2. Enter your username (email address).
3. Click LOG IN.
4. Enter your password.
5. Click LOG IN.

After you sign in to Control Center, you see all the realms assigned to your primary organization in Account Manager. To see realms in other organizations you belong to, select an organization from the organization dropdown.
