EntityMilestone

Each row represents a required step in a customer support process on a work order. The Salesforce user interface uses the term object milestone. This object is available in API version 67.0 and later.

This object is available with EAndU Cloud Program Access permission set.

Description: The ID of the record—for example, a work order—that contains the milestone. This field is a polymorphic relationship field.
