Use the Clinical Summary APIs to manage a patient's clinically assessed allergy or intolerance, condition, or procedure. You can create, update, or retrieve the AllergyIntolerance, HealthCondition, or PatientMedicalProcedure records for a patient from Salesforce Health Cloud. The AllergyIntolerance, Condition, and Procedure FHIR resource maps to the AllergyIntolerance, HealthCondition, and PatientMedicalProcedure objects in Salesforce respectively.
