Use the Penny Perfect Pricing Business APIs to get instant, penny-perfect pricing for advanced order line items.

You can access the Penny Perfect Pricing Business APIs using REST endpoints. These REST APIs follow similar conventions as Connect REST APIs. To understand the architecture, authentication, rate limits, and how the requests and responses work, see the Connect REST API Developer Guide.

The Penny Perfect Pricing Business APIs include:

• Resources—The Penny Perfect Pricing resources and the endpoints they support.
• Request Bodies—The request body representations that the resources accept.
• Response Bodies—The response body representations that the resources return.

Penny Perfect Pricing works with these APIs:

• To get instant pricing for order line items, use the Get Instant Price API.
• To calculate prices, see Pricing (POST).
• To set up pricing data, insert External Pricing Key Value and External Pricing Key Value Tiers records with the standard Bulk API.
• To place an order using the calculated prices, use the Place Order API.
• To flatten the account hierarchies of accounts under an internal organization unit, use the Flatten Account Internal Organization Unit Hierarchy API.
