Descriptions:
- Partner CCaaS Region: The geographical location of the SIP signaling server. Selecting the closest region to your user base minimizes latency and improves call quality.
- Partner IPv4 Subnet for Signaling: The IP address range allocated for SIP signaling traffic within a given region. This address range is critical for network routing and firewall configurations.
- Ports: The specific network ports used for SIP signaling. TCP/TLS port 5061 (for encrypted SIP).
This section details the configuration parameters for media traffic, which encompasses the actual audio and video streams exchanged during a communication session. Optimized media configuration is paramount for high-quality, real-time communication.
