Why doesn’t the AppExchange Trailblazer Scorecard show my Trailhead badges and Salesforce certifications?

The most common reason is that a Trailhead or certification account isn’t connected to the Partner Community. To connect an account, go to your Partner Community profile. If you’ve connected an account and you don’t see progress, log a case in the Partner Community.
