Transcribe Calls with Amazon Transcribe
Use Amazon Transcribe to transcribe calls in real time. With Amazon
Transcribe, transcriptions are capped at 15 minutes because of a Lambda function
limitation.

To trigger real-time transcription of a call with Amazon Transcribe, invoke the
kvsConsumerTrigger Lambda function from the Amazon Connect contact flow. If you need help with
building a contact flow with this function, use one of these packaged contact flows that
already have the kvsConsumerTrigger Lambda function set up.
