HealthcareProviderNpi

Represents identifiers from the National Provider Identifier that are assigned to every facility and licensed practitioner in the United States. Also includes NPI assigned date, primary mailing address on file, and so on.

Special Access Rules

This object is available if Provider Management is enabled in your org. To access the object, you need the Provider Management Access permission set or the Provider Management permission set license. Partner users need the Provider Management for Partner permission set or permission set license.

EffectiveTo	Type date Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The date on which this NPI is no longer effective.
HealthcareProviderId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description The healthcare provider delivering services to the constituent. This field is a relationship field. Relationship Name HealthcareProvider Relationship Type Lookup Refers To HealthcareProvider
IsActive	Type boolean Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Indicates whether the record is active.
LastReferencedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed a record related to this record.
LastViewedDate	Type dateTime Properties Filter, Nillable, Sort Description The timestamp for when the current user last viewed this record. If this value is null, it’s possible that this record was referenced (LastReferencedDate) and not viewed.
Name	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description Practitioner or facility name as listed in the NPI database.
Npi	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Ten-digit identifier for a provider from the National Plan and Provider Enumeration System.
NpiType	Type picklist Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Identifies whether the NPI is for an individual or an organization.
OwnerId	Type reference Properties Create, Defaulted on create, Filter, Group, Sort, Update Description The ID of the user who owns this record.
PractitionerId	Type reference Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description Name of the practitioner that this NPI belongs to.
SourceSystem	Type string Properties Create, Filter, Group, Nillable, Sort, Update Description System from which the record was sourced.
